Collective Benefits
We are the only STA owner’s group that exists solely to protect property rights. We operate as a federal, non-profit association so that we can legally represent members, and formally hold pooled membership funds for collective use.
To steer clear of conflicts of interest, our LSTA group does not receive funding from the County for tourism marketing.
We represent one of the largest organized STA members’ groups in the County, representing over 300 properties.
Working with County officials, we advocate that all requirements placed on Short-Term Accommodators are legal, reasonable, and equitable. We ensure that we continue to have a strong, collective voice when municipal policies regarding tourism and Short-Term Accommodations are being considered, created, or revised.
Member Benefits
Membership in our Licensed Short-Term Accommodators of Prince Edward County private Facebook group.
This is where we connect as STA owners. The conversations are real, the operational tips are golden, and the peer support is guaranteed.Joint funding for legal consultations on issues that protect us all.
A voice at the table when we meet with County officials.
